1. Format

The format sets the baseline:

• Image or PDF card: usually the cheapest, since it is a single designed page with no interactive features.
• Video invitation: varies widely depending on length, animation and whether photos are included.
• Invitation website: includes design plus features like RSVP, maps, countdown, gallery and updates. Typically more than a basic image, but it does far more.

2. Design level

This is the biggest factor:

• Template as designed: lowest cost, because the design already exists
• Personalised template: moderate cost, for adjusting colours, fonts and details
• Custom design: highest cost, for designing from a blank page

3. Languages

Each language version is effectively another invitation: translating, setting the text in the right fonts and checking it. Two or more languages add cost, unless they are included in your plan. Regional scripts like Gujarati and Devanagari need extra care, which good providers price in.

4. Illustration

Custom illustration is real artist time. A portrait of the couple, a painting of your venue or a hand drawn map adds noticeably to the price, and also to the uniqueness. With us, it is included in Royal or ₹999 as an add on.

5. Photos and gallery size

Most plans include a set number of photos. Larger galleries and cover photos may sit in higher plans. Our Essential plan includes up to six photos, Premium a cover photo and up to twelve.

6. Music

Background music may be included, limited to a library or fully customisable. Custom editing, trimming your song to start at the perfect moment and loop smoothly, is sometimes a separate service. With us, your choice of music comes with Premium and Royal, and a custom music edit is ₹299 as an add on.

7. Number of events and complexity

A single function invitation is simpler than a five day wedding with ten events, a travel guide and multiple venues. Some providers charge per event. Others, like us, include as many events as you need, with complexity reflected in the plan you choose.

8. Revisions

More included revision rounds means more designer time. Plans with more rounds cost more, but they also protect you from extra charges. With us, Essential includes two rounds, Premium four and Royal seven.

9. Speed

Standard delivery fits into the designer's schedule. Same day delivery requires rearranging it, so it costs extra. Our express delivery add on gets your invitation ready the same day if you order before 2 pm.

Why regional language invitations need extra care

Invitations in Gujarati, Hindi or Marathi need fonts that render the script correctly, careful checking of matras and conjuncts, and attention to traditional titles and wording. A good provider builds this care into the price. A very cheap option may simply type the text in a default font, which can look broken or unfinished on many phones.
