We want you to love your invitation. This policy explains when a refund is possible and how changes and revisions work for orders placed with Artgrafy.
1. Full refund before design starts
If we have not yet started designing your invitation, you can cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of your order. Just message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number.
2. After design has started
Each invitation is personalised by hand, so once design work has started (or 7 days after your order, whichever comes first) the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Instead, we will keep working with you - using your included revision rounds - until you are happy with the result.
3. Included revisions
Every plan includes a set number of design revision rounds, shown on our Plans page. One round is one set of changes sent together.
4. Additional revisions
If you need more design changes than your plan includes, extra revision rounds can be added for ₹299 per round. You can also upgrade your plan by paying only the difference.
5. Information changes are free
Changes to information - names, dates, times, venues, wording or photos - are free until your event date and do not count as revision rounds.
6. Express delivery
If you paid for express delivery and we miss the promised delivery time (after receiving all your details before the cut-off), the express delivery fee will be refunded.
7. If something goes wrong
If there is a technical problem with your invitation that we cannot fix, or if we are unable to deliver your order, you will receive a full refund.
8. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or bank account) within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
9. Payment disputes
If you have any concern about a payment, please contact us first - we will resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution.
